Proposal description

Renew and clean up the disc golf course. The baskets are old and rusting, there are no signs or starting zones marked properly. The course is always busy, so clearly popular, but it is not looked after. There is glass around the site as it is used by drunks in the evening, so the area would need cleaning also.
