Veloforum at the Velodrome, activated during the winter months, transforms the underutilised spaces beneath the Helsinki Velodrome’s seating through modular light therapy compartments built into the structure, and utilises the surrounding grounds and interior as accessible spaces for relaxation, cultural events, and outdoor art. Designed as a sanctuary for light and culture, the goal is to create a vibrant cultural center for wellbeing, creativity, and resilience during the harsh winter months.
