Proposal

Right now, the music scene and cultural offerings in Helsinki — including venues — are largely controlled by only a few actors and remain inaccessible to many due to high entrance fees. This proposal aims to support the creation of cultural spaces that enable independent, non-commercial artists and collectives to host multidisciplinary art and events. There is also a clear need for more affordable studio spaces in Helsinki.
