More greenery in public spaces

Proposal
Add more greenery in public spaces in Helsinki, especially along the streets or passages in densely built-up places. Any means are ok: trees, bushes, potted plants.
One specific example is a passage between the sides of Redi, it's very unwelcoming. But it applies to many other spaces
