Helsingin kaupungin suurin kulttuuriteko olisi säilyttää Aleksanterin teatterin toiminta nykyisessä muodossaan esittävän taiteen harjoitustiloina ja näyttämönä ja luopua järjettömästä ajatuksesta muuttaa vanha teatterirakennus hotelliksi. Hotellille löytyy paikkoja myös muualta, mutta Aleksanterin teatterin tiloille ei löydy keskustasta vaihtoehtoja
