Viikintorin ympärillä on tärkeitä palveluita ja paljon läpikulkua. Tori on ankea aukio ja ”juopottelupaikka” mistä vain haluaa kiirehtiä nopeaa läpi. Aukio kaipaisi vihreyttä, eloa ja iloa. Levähdyspenkkejä senioreille ja kasveja/puita tuomaan viihtyvyyttä.
