Ehdotan että Malminkartanon täyttömäen ympäri menevillä kävelyreiteillä tulisi jonkinlaiset katuvalot jotta iltaisin ja varsinkin pimeällä ajalla olisi turvallisempi olo ulkoilla sekä parempi näkyvyys.
