Siilitielle tarvittaisiin yhteisöllistä toimintaa kuten yhteisötaloissa on. Ehdotamme Siilitielle pop up -yhteistötalo toimintaa, eli rahaa määraikaiselle asukastila toiminnalle, sekä kaupungin työntekijöiden palkkaamaiseksi (vähintään 2 henkilöä ) ja toiminnan järjestämiseksi, ja tiedottamiselle.
