Lisää yhteisiä olkkareita, kivaa tekemistä, koulunuorisotyötä ja turvallisia aikuisia eteläisen alueen yläkouluihin. Aikuinen, nuorisotyön osaaja, tulee konkreettisella tavalla tukihenkilöksi elämässä hakoteille ajautuneen nuoren elämään. Kootaan tehtävästä/hankkeesta kiinnostuneista nuorisotyön ammattilaisista tiimi, joka saa valmennusta ja hankeaikaista työnohjausta kohtaamiinsa haasteisiin.
