More attractive library plaza in Paloheinä

Summary

The plaza could be transformed into a small market square, with benches and planted flowers. Cars to the one side, an open route for the emergency vehicles up to the door. Taxis to the other side of the street. Waste bins should be moved away. The courtyard could have a summer terrace for library customers.

Proposal description

Kirjaston ja terveysaseman edustaaukio olisi juuri sopiva pieneksi toriksi penkkeineen ja kukka-asetelmineen. Nyt tilaa hallitsevat autot ja suuret roskikset.Autot voisi keskittää toiseen laitaan ja hätäajoneuvoille taata avoin reitti ovelle. Taksit voisivat olla toisella puolella katua. Kivimuurin puolin ja toisin olisi tilaa pienelle torille. Roskiksille löytynee hyvä paikka muualta. Myös sisäpihalle voisi tehdä terassityypisen tilan kesäksi kirjaston käyttäjille
