Summary
Tykkitie, located in Oulunkylä by the railway track, has no lighting in the darkest sections. The road is used by plenty of people, especially dog owners.
Proposal description
Oulunkylässä radanvarressa sijaitsevalta Tykkitieltä puutuu synkimmiltä kohdilta valaistus. Niitä ei ollut 1950-luvulla eikä ole vieläkään. Tykkitietä käyttää paljon ihmisiä, varsinkin koiranulkoiluttajat. Veljeni pelkäsi aikoinaan mennä aamulla sitä pitkin kouluun.
