Oulunkylän seurahuoneen remontti on jäänyt kesken. Seurahuoneen alakerta on lämmintätilaa ja sinne on jopa viemäröintiä aloitettu rakentaa ja pohjalla on sepeliä joka vaatii päällensä nyt lattian valamisen. Alakerran kunnostus lisää aktiivista tilaa ja mahdollistaa monenlaista toimintaa. Seurahuoneella on suht laadukas pa laitteisto jolla ei ole kunnollista säilytystilaa. seurahuoneen alakertaan voisi tehdä pa laitteiden säilytys-, huolto- ja käytönkoulutustilat.
