Pohjoisen alueen jokaisen "lähiön" keskeiselle paikalle pystytetään ilmoitustaulu asukkaiden julkiseksi tilaksi ja kohtaamispaikaksi. Ilmoitustaulu on rakenteeltaan kestävä, valaistu, pleksillä suojattu, numerokoodilla avattava, alueen toimijat saavat koodin. Asukkaille mahdollisuus luovaan suunnitteluun sekä taulun että sen ympäristön suhteen. Esim. taulu runouden tai kaunokirjallisen tekstin (kirjastot) julkaisemiseen, lukutaidon edistämiseen yms. alueellisen kulttuurin julkaisemiseen.
