Sitratorista turvallinen ja miellyttävä keskus eli agora. Järjestetään toistuvia lukupiirejä Kannelmäen kirjastossa eri teemoilla. Sisältyy fasilitointi palkatulla henkilöstöllä, markkinointi, materiaalihankinnat. Kutsutaan osallistujia koko läntiseltä alueelta. Pyritään ylisukupolvisuuteen hyödyntämällä esim. kummimummeja ja -vaareja. Luodaan myös yhteys Helsinki lukee -kampanjaan.
