There are relatively few opportunities for washing bikes in the city area. Proposing establishing a bike maintenance facility at the sports hall. The sewer system would separate grease and sand, and the facility would feature maintenance racks and equipment.
Proposal description
Pyöräilyn yleistyessä lisääntyy myös tarve pyörien huoltamiseen. Mahdollisuus pestä pyörä on melko heikko kaupunkialueella. Vaihtoehtoina on lähinnä kerrostalon piha tai kylpyhuone. Perustetaan liikuntahallin yhteyteen pyörien huoltotila. Viemäröinnissä olisi oltava rasvan ja hiekanerotukset yms, ja pesun jätevedet ohjataan oikeaan käsittelyyn. Tilassa olisi myös huoltotelineet ja -välineet pyörille. Sopiva paikka voisi olla esimerkiksi Laakson ratsastustalli tai Jäähalli.
