Summary
A climbing, i.e. bouldering, spot could be made, either by carving it into the rock or by building it. Additionally, the spot should be equipped with a safe landing area and signboards. This should be built in cooperation with climbing hobbyists.
Proposal description
Rock climbing has grown in popularity in Finland. In multiple cities abroad the city or municipality has provided chances to climb oudoors with easy access. In this suggestion implementation would be: 1. Either construct an artificial boulder(s) or source a natural boulder (from a quarry) that can be shaped with input from rock climbers 2. Build a safe landing zone (sand or similar) around the boulder(s) to minimize impact of falling 3. Instructions for users Examples: Montreal Parc Hirondelles
