Leikkipuisto Unikon piha kaipaa uutta ilmettä ja monipuolisuutta eri ikäisille. Tämä lisää puiston käytettävyyttä ja houkuttelevuutta ja sitä kautta yhteisöllisyyttä ja hyvinvointia alueella. Alueella asuu paljon haavoittuvassa asemassa olevia lapsiperheitä, jotka eivät lähde kotikulmia pidemmälle voimavarojen puutteen vuoksi. -maahan upotetut trampoliinit - liukumäki- & kiipeilyteline isommille lapsille (vrt.
