Haluamme koilliselle alueelle enemmän turvallisia tiloja nuoria varten. Paikkoja, joissa voi hengata ja olla oma itsensä turvallisesti. Nuoret tarvivat yleisiä tiloja joissa voi viettää vapaa-aikaa koulun jälkeen arkena. Esimerkiksi alueen kouluihin voisi perustaa viihtyisiä tiloja arki-iltoihin, ja palkata turvalliset aikuiset valvomaan. Alueen lapset ja nuoret voidaan osallistaa suunnittelemaan olohuoneiden toimintaa, jolloin se on heille mielekästä ja houkuttelevaa. Olkkaritoiminta vähentäisi eriarvoisuutta ja lisäisi yhteisöllisyyttä
