Vastavalmistunut ulkoliikuntapaikka oli monelle pettymys, kun siellä ei ollutkaan kunnollisia treenilaitteita. Kaivattaisiin sinne lisää laitteita, sellaisia joihin voi lisätä halutessaan kunnolla painoja. Lisäksi lapset kaipasivat jalkapallokenttää, jossa nurmipohja. Järkevin olisi nykyiselle hiekkakentällä samaan kohtaan lisätä jalkapallokaukalo jossa keinonurmi. Tällöin pallo ei karkaisi niin helposti, mutta pohja sopisi paremmin jalkapalloiluun. Myös aikuiset käyttäisivät tätä mielellään
