Perustetaan Koillisen kouluihin omat jalkapallojoukkueet. Ehdotuksen otsikkoa on muutettu siten, että alueen kouluille tulisi jalkapallovalmennusta. Sisältöä saatetaan muokata sisältövaiheessa esimerkiksi siten, että palkataan liikuntakoutsi vetämään jalkapalloharjoituksia tai muun lajin harjoituksia kouluille.
