Affordable rental facilities from the City for visual artists, whether they be professionals or amateurs. Artists could be invited to participate in joint cultural projects with the City, thereby increasing the area’s value and comfort.

Toivomme että kaupunki mahdollistaisi edullista vuokratilaa kuvataiteilijoille, olivat he ammattilaisia tai harrastelijoita. Kaupungilla on monia vapaita vuokratiloja alueella, joita voisi tarjota taiteilijoille edullisilla vuokraehdoilla, tuoden näin kulttuuria alueelle, ja näin rikastaa alueen kulttuurillista arvoa.
