Ylä-Malmin torilla sijaitsee vuonna 1929 valmistunut kulttuurihistoriallisesti arvokas rakennus, joka on aiemmin toiminut Malmin nuorisotalona. Tällä hetkellä rakennus on tyhjillään ja rapistuu hoitamattomana. Ehdotan, että tälle kulttuurihistoriallisesti arvokkaalle rakennukselle toteutetaan perusteellinen kuntokartoitus. Kartoituksen perusteella laaditaan myös korjaussuunnitelma sekä hinta-arvio korjausten kustannuksista.
