Lisää valaistusta puistoihin. Kunnolliset aidat ja portit niihin puistoihin, joissa vanhat, osin rikkinäisetkin. Osassa puistoja ei yhtään puita, ovat kesällä kuumia ja uroskoirilla ei ole merkkailupaikkoja, näihin puita . Toisissa taas paljon isoksi kasvaneita kuusia, jotka pimentävät puistoa. Salaojitusta tai muuta valumavesien ohjausta ainakin Pihlajamäessä sijaitseviin puistoihin, muuttuvat talvisin luisteluradoiksi, joissa ihmisten ja koirien vaarallista ulkoilla.
