Tilassa voisi olla kahvilatoimintaa. Voitaisiin tehdä yhteistyötä Arabianrannan asukasyhdistyksen kanssa. Lippakioski voisi olla auki vähintään koko kesän, nyt se on auki satunnaisesti. Lisää toimintaa eläkeläisille.
