An observation tower atop Taivaskallio would inspire Helsinki residents to be active outdoors, as the view from the tower would be incredible. The tower should be tall to provide a good view but also take local history into account.

Näkötorni Taivaskalliolla lisäisi takuulla helsinkiläisten ulkoilua, sillä näkymä sieltä olisi aivan mieletön. Historialliselle paikalle mahtuu rakentamaan historian huomioiden ja ehdotankin riittävän korkeaa tornia josta näkyisi jokaiseen suuntaan.
