Oleilulaituri Arabianrantapuistoon Vanhankaupunginlahden eteläosaan. Laiturille esim. penkkejä. Artova ehdottaa asennettavaksi kelluvan maisemalaiturin penkein ja pöydin Kaj Franckin kadun päähän. Se luo välittömän yhteyden Arabianrannan alueelta Vanhankaupunginlahden ja luonnonsuojelualueen maisemaan. Maisemalaituri on päiväkävelijöille levähdyspaikka, luontoharrastajille linnuston tarkkailupaikka sekä tarjoaa kaikille näköalapaikan kehittyvään Kalasatamaan.
