Helsingistä puuttuu kaiken ikäisille tarkoitettu esteetön kulttuuritila ja kohtaamispaikka, jossa voi oleskella ilman kuluttamispakkoa. Tilan tulisi olla saavutettava, esteetön ja hyvien yhteyksien päässä. Tila tarjoaisi mahdollisuuden yhteisöllisyyteen ja kohtaamiseen sekä vapaa-ajan viettoon ilman tarvetta käyttää rahaa. Kulttuuritilassa voisi järjestää esteettömiä klubeja ja se tarjoaisi esiintymistilaa matalalla kynnyksellä. Kohtaamispaikka tarjoaisi mahdollisuuden kokea ja jakaa, suunnitella ja toteuttaa kulttuuri- ja kansalaistoimintaa sekä viettää aikaa yhdessä.
