Nuorille oma tila Kalasatamaan, jossa kokoontua koulupäivän jälkeen ja nuorten järjestämää tekemistä. Ehdotus etenee äänestykseen määräaikaisena, pop up -tyyppisenä tilana. Jos ehdotus menee äänestyksessä läpi, tarkka sijainti määritellään vasta yhteiskehittämisvaiheessa.
