A shared resident space would support local community spirit and bring together the area’s different operators. The premises could also be available for reservation for organisations, communities and local residents.

Vallilan asukkailla, järjestöillä ja muilla alueen toimijoilla ei ole käytössään yhteistä asukastilaa. Yhteinen asukastila tukisi alueen yhteisöllisyyttä ja kokoaisi alueen toimijat yhteen ja rakentaisi heidän keskinäistä yhteistyötään. Lisäksi asukastila voisi olla myös varattavissa esim. järjestöille, yhteisöille sekä lähialueen asukkaille.
