Vapaita tiloja keskiseltä alueelta asukkaiden, erityisesti perheiden ja nuorten, harraste- ja hengailukäyttöön. Tiloja tarvitaan matalan kynnyksen tekemiselle arkipäivien lisäksi vapaaseen toimintaan ja kohtaamiseen myös iltaisin ja viikonloppuisin ja esim. alueen nuorisotilat ja liikuntasalit voitaisiin avata tähän käyttöön. Tilojen valvontaa ja käytännön järjestelyjä voivat hoitaa haettavalla rahoituksella palkatut projektinvetäjät ja ohjaajat.
