Hankkeen tarkoituksena on luoda selvä puistopolku Länsi-Pasilan kautta Keskuspuistoon Triplasta. Hankkeessa: - kunnostetaan Esterinportin pysäköintialue niin, että läpikulku on järkevä jalankulkijoille ja pyöräilijöille. - kunnostetaan Esterinpuisto yhdessä alueen päihdetyöntekijöiden kautta niin, että kehitetään samalla keinoja vähentää puiston ja lähialueiden päihdeongelmaa. - kunnostetaan Taloustirehtöörin puisto korostaen alkuperäisiä japanilaiistyylisiä elementtejä.
