Summary
Improving the pleasantness of Insinöörinkatu by planting trees. This would cool the street in summer. Additionally, making the intersections at the Lidl store, the Adult Education Centre and Hertsi safer.
Proposal description
Tuodaan vähän mukavuutta Insinöörinkadulle ja istutetaan puita kasvamaan koko insinöörinkadun pätkälle (jatkaen konemestarinkadulle tulevaisuudessa). Tehdään tästä alueesta samanlainen kuin Herttoniemenranta, missä on jo paljon puita katujen varsilla sekä tuodaan vähän viilennystä kaduille kesää varten. Samalla voisi tehdä Lidlin, Helsingin työväenopiston ja Hertsin risteykset turvallisimmaksi autoililjoille, pyöräilijöille ja kävelijöille
