Proposal description
Järjestetään Laajasalon tekojäällä ja jäähallissa luisteluohjausta eri kohderyhmille. Esimerkiksi 5 kerran kokonaisuuksia koululaisille, perheille, pipolätkääjille ja ikäihmisille, kullekin erikseen. Hankitaan Laajasalon kouluihin ilmajoogavarusteet ja järjestetään niissä ilmajoogaohjausta sekä koululaisille että kaupunkilaisille. Ilmajooga on mainio joogamuoto, tämä toisi harrastuksen saavutettavammaksi eri ryhmille. Joogaliinat toimivat kouluissa rentoutuspaikkoina välitunneilla.
