Öljysäiliö 468:n ja Ilonpuiston kehittäminen tapahtumakäyttöön. Järjestetään Ilonpuistoon fasiliteetit matalan kynnyksen kulttuuritapahtumille. Tapahtumat tulisivat olemaan kaikille avoimia ja ilmaisia. Osallistetaan alueen asukkaat mukaan ideoimaan ja tuottamaan ohjelmaa. Mallina voidaan käyttää Kalasataman konttiaukiota 2010-luvulta. Lisätty ehdotuksesta ID 2605: Kaupunki voisi valmistaa helposti käyttöön otettavia rakenteita, kontit, esiintymislava, terassi. Tapahtumatekniikka, kalusteet.
