Siirretään Oodi kirjaston 2.krs asiakastietokoneet rauhallisempaan paikkaan ja asennetaan koneiden väliin sermit yms, jotta käyttäjien tieto ja yksityisyyden suoja ja käyttömukavuus toteutuvat. Käydään sama asia läpi kaikissa eteläisen alueen kirjastoissa ja muutetaan atk tiloja tarvittaessa sermien yms. avulla paremmiksi. Digisyrjäytymisen torjunta on tärkeää.
