Dedicated parking areas for electric scooters in Lauttasaari

Summary

In the city centre area, electric scooters must be parked in dedicated spaces. I propose adopting a similar practice in Lauttasaari.

Proposal description

In the city centre, you have to park your e-scooter in designated spots otherwise you incur a fine. I would propose this is extended all over Helsinki, but specifically requesting for this or something similar to be implemented on Lauttasaari, with designated parking created. I understand that e-scooters are the preferred mode of transport for many, however they are often parked/dumped in the middle of pavements, bike lanes, nature, and private housing company areas.
