I propose free-of-charge nature showers for families with infants and children in nature or in the local forest. These brief sessions could include relaxation, nonsense poems, songs and learning about nature.

Luonnossa ja metsässä liikkuminen ja pysähtyminen lisäävät hyvinvointia. Ohjatussa luontokylpytuokiossa voidaan tutustua lähiluontoon tai metsään. Tuokioon voi sisältyä rauhoittumista, loruja, laulua ja luontoon tutustumista. Ehdotuksena maksuttomia tuokioita vauva- ja lapsiperheille luontoympäristössä tai lähimetsässä.
