Proposal description
Kaivopuiston länsipäässä on hiekkakenttä, mihin aikoinaan jäädytettiin luistelukenttä. Nyt hiekkakenttä on ollut käyttämättömänä, tyhjänä, lähes hylättynä. Se olisi oiva paikka näyttävälle ja isolle suihkulähteelle (Kaivopuiston Havis Amandalle). Viilentävä vesiaihe toisi virkistystä ilmastonmuutoksen myötä kuumeneviin kesiin. Kaivopuisto on myös kaupungin ykköspuisto, eräänlainen edustuspuisto, joten suihkulähdealue sopisi sikälikin puistoon.
