Installing sand and debris collectors into the stormwater drains of yards to collect gritting sand and other waste that would otherwise end up in the stormwater pipes and clog them.

Proposal description

Ehdotukseni on, että ei enää putkitukkoja, eikä turhia katutöitä, eikä liikenneruuhkia, jos toteutetaan sama systeemi kuin Hampurissa. 1. Katujen ja pihojen hulevesikaivoihin voidaan asentaa hiekan- ja roskien kerääjät, jotka siis keräävät hiekoitushiekan ja muut jätteet, jotka muuten menisivät hulevesiputkistoon ja tukkisivat sen.
