Proposal
Linjat boasts picturesque streets with high-density housing. However, street parking on both sides serves only a fraction of residents, effectively subsidizing a select few. I propose replacing one side of the residential parking with green spaces. This not only calms traffic, ensuring safety, but also reduces noise, enhancing liveability. The aesthetic upgrade would boost the neighbourhood’s value, marking it distinctively. Kolmas Linja, for instance, would greatly benefit.
