More trees to Töölönlahden puisto

Proposal
There are really huge empty areas between Oodi library and the lake, which are not used now by people (only by birds) and which are not people-friendly as they are too open.
Just adding trees to the these fields will make it much better.
In few years the park will have much more shadow and prettier landscape, so the area could be used for summer picnics and other activities.
