Lassilassa ei ole kaikille asukkaille yhteisöllistä asukastilaa, jossa voisi kokoontua, viettää aikaa, toimia yhdessä ja tutustua alueen toimijoihin sekä kaikenikäisiin asukkaisiin.
Yleistä turvallisuudentunnetta lisäisi yhteisöllisyyden edistämisen lisäksi se, että palkattaisiin esim alueelle yhteisökoordinaattori tekemään projektiluontoista työtä mm. asukastilaan ja alueen turvallisuutta ja asukasviihtyisyyttä kehittämään.
