Rakennetaan ainakin 100 ihmiselle sopiva amfiteatteri. Pukinmäen ja Malmin kouluissa on paljon oppilaita ja amfiteatteri olisi sopiva paikka kokonaisen ikäyhmän yhteisiin tapahtumiin. Koulujen lisäksi teatterista olisi iloa myös päiväkodeille, nuorisotaloille, kirjastoille, vanhainkodeille, asukasyhdistyksille, urheiluseuroille jne. Teatteriin voisi ottaa mallia Alppipuiston rakennelmasta. Kun teatteriin lisää mahdollisuuden käyttää sähköä, siellä voidaan järjestää erilaisia kulttuurin ja liikunta-alan tapahtumia. Sopiva paikka tälle löytyisi Savelanpuistosta esimerkiksi Jengipolun viereisestä rinteestä (entinen Pihlajamäen laskettelurinne).
