Kontula Safety

A proposal about the safety of the residents of Kontula and nearby places who use the metro as their form of transportation going to and from their houses.
PROBLEMS ARE:
lots of drunk people around
fights and street issues due to drunkeness
insufficient guards (vartija)
gangs are around
vandalism is widespread
SOLUTIONS THAT WERE SUGGESTED:
alcoholic drink should be priced high
guards to check and monitor the drunk
rehabilitation for the drunk (alcoholic)
add more vartija
police roaming around
set monitoring time for vartija or policemen in roaming around
NGO or GO (Government Office) to set contest about interaction of people.
