TRAFFIC SAFETY

Lately, the traffic became denser and the traffic signs became outdated or irrelevant in many areas of the city. It is about time to review the relationship between private cars, buses, trams and motorcycles.
A real pain point has been the lack of traffic signs in the crossings between roads and tram rails. The signs are small, very often invisible in dark, rainy time, or just lacking more illumination.
I urge you to save the life of hundreds of people who get involved in a car accident with a tram. The old rule that the "tram is always right" is outdated. There are 2 locations in the city that perfectly represent a good signing and a bag signing leading to tram-car crash.
The good example: Next to the entrance to underground parking to Kamppi, there is a big-glowing,at an appropriate eye level triangle with the tram sign when it is approaching.
The bad example: Next to the Opera house the tram sign is 10 m far from the crossing, small, invisible, inviting for a car crash.
