Tartan track around Töölönlahti (alternative Tervasaari)

This projects suggest to build a tartan track (in style of a path - see attached picture) around Töölönlahti. Tervasaari could be an alternative place - rather short track there, but it would be more realistic to circle the whole island, whereas at Töölönlahti a whole circle would be rather difficult due to geography there.

The idea stems from Budapest. There, on Margit Island in the middle of the Danube one can find a tartan track around this island. The track itself is rather narrow, but follows like a path the shoreline. It occasionally also splits into two arms of the track, for example to "bypass" a tree.
