Youth workers or students of the field could be hired to help teachers and students to support bullied students or those at risk of bullying. This would secure quick help at a school where bullying has gotten out of control.

Kiusaamisen ehkäiseminen vaatii ehdottomasti toimenpiteitä. Vaikka kaupungin palvelukoneisto tuottaa hyviä toimenpiteitä jatkossa, ehdotan, että välittömästi palkataan aikuisia ihmisiä tukemaan kiusattuja tai vaarassa olevia. OmaStadi rahoituksella siis turvattaisi nopea apu ainakin koululla (jos mahdollista muullekin koululle), jossa kiusaaminen on päässyt pois hallinnasta. Tarvitaan nuorisotyöhön koulutettuja tai koulutuksessa olevia valmentajia opettajien ja oppilaiden avuksi.
