Von Glanin puisto Malminkartanossa on päässyt hiukan nuhjuuntumaan. Alueella on myös esiintynyt jonkin verran lieveilmiöitä jengiläisyydestä. Lasten liukumäki ollut työmaa-aidattuna poissa käytöstä kesästä saakka. Kehitetään puistoa ja lisätään sen viihtyvyyttä alueen asukkaiden viihtyvyyden lisäämiseksi. Uusia leikkivälineitä, ulkoliikuntapiste, uusia penkkejä, tällä hetkellä tyhjinä oleville nurmialueille frisbeegolf kori ja jalkapallomaalit yms.
