Talin Poutamäenpuiston koirapuiston uudistaminen / kunnostaminen. Alueella on paljon koiranulkoiluttajia ja puiston uudistamiselle olisi tarvetta. Koirapuisto on jo aikansa elänyt, aidat matalat ja vanhat. Koirapuistoa voisi laajentaa niin, että olisi isojen ja pienien puoli ja olisi tilaa temmeltää. Koirille enemmän virikkeitä, jotta voisivat purkaa energiaa paremmin.
