Jakomäki does not have a shared ‘living room’ for people of all ages to get together. Jakomäki needs a space where people can come together and spend time together during the day and in the evenings.

Jakomäessä ei ole asukkaille yhteistä "olohuonetta", jossa kaikenikäiset voisivat kokoontua. Jakomäen Sydämen piti olla tällainen, ja asukkaille luvattiin suunnitteluvaiheessa että asukkaat voisivat kokoontua tilassa. Nyt Koillis-seuralle on varattu tietty, lyhyt aika parina päivänä viikossa. Jakomäkeen tarvitaan tila, jossa asukkaat voivat kokoontua ja viettää aikaa yhdessä päivällä ja iltaisin.
